Position Overview
We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Shop Welder/Fabricator to join our growing team at our facility in Rhome, Texas. This position is responsible for fabricating and repairing small trailers, rental equipment, and custom projects that support our expanding rental fleet.

Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate and weld small trailers and rental equipment.
- Repair and modify existing fleet equipment.
- Read and work from drawings or build from concept.
- Operate shop fabrication equipment safely.
- Maintain quality workmanship and a clean, organized shop.
Qualifications
- Experience with MIG welding (TIG and stick welding are a plus).
- Ability to fabricate from raw steel.
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
