E-commerce Project Manager - Shopify Plus Migration

We are searching for an exceptional E-commerce Project Manager with Shopify Plus migration experience to join our network of professional associate consultants.

This is a part-time contract role, 2-3 days a week, based in London with at least one day a week in the office.

You'll own the project plan end-to-end, coordinate agencies, developers, and internal stakeholders, and keep the project on track, on scope, and on budget.

Delafeld Partners associates must be able to operate seamlessly as both hands-on delivery contractors and trusted strategic consultants - combining practical execution with the ability to advise, challenge, and guide stakeholders at all levels.

About the Role

As an e-commerce Project Manager, you will work with Delafeld Partners’ clients to deliver high-impact transformation initiatives.

Project planning & governance

  • Building and maintaining the migration project plan, timeline and RAID log; running regular status meetings and reporting progress to stakeholders.

Migration delivery

  • Overseeing the end-to-end move from current e-commerce to Shopify, including product catalogue, customer data, order history, content, themes, apps and third-party integrations.

Vendor & agency management

  • Coordinating developers, designers and any external Shopify agencies or partners, holding them accountable to scope, quality and timelines.

Stakeholder management

  • Acting as the main point of contact between technical teams and the business, translating requirements and managing expectations across marketing, operations and customer service.

Risk & issue management

  • Identifying migration risks early (SEO and redirects, data loss, downtime, app compatibility) and driving mitigation plans.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
