Trade Marketing & Commercial Support (UK) — ROI-driven, channel-first role
If you like promotions with real commercial logic—this is your next step. We’re looking for a Trade Marketing & Commercial Support professional to partner with our UK Sales team and deliver trade initiatives that grow volume, distribution, and repeat orders.
What you’ll own
- Build and deliver a UK Trade Marketing calendar (on time, with clear ownership)
- Plan trade spend + calculate expected ROI before launch
- Run post-promo evaluation and quantify impact:
- sales uplift
- margin impact
- volume effect
- Protect commercial thinking: separate customer trade discounts from marketing investment
- Support customers & Sales with trade stories / presentations, competitor & price monitoring
- Be hands-on across execution: POS materials, samples, customer activations, trade shows, internal coordination & follow-ups

Who you are
- 3+ years in Trade Marketing / Category / Shopper Marketing / Sales Support (FMCG)
- UK FMCG reality knowledge (Retail, Wholesale, Foodservice/QSR, distributors)
- Strong Excel + analytics, financial basics, promo mechanics & trade terms understanding
- Proactive, hands-on, ready to travel across the UK for customer visits
