Position Summary
The Energizer Intern will play a dynamic role supporting Shopper Marketing at Walmart and Club channels, based at our Bentonville office. This 24–40 hour/week (minimum) internship requires 3 days per week on-site experience.
The role reports to the Account Manager, Shopper Marketing (WMT) and includes cross-functional collaboration with teams, including Sales, Media, and Category Marketing, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to execute successful marketing initiatives.
Key Areas of Support:
- Walmart, Club, and Grocery shopper marketing campaigns (brief development, vendor kick-offs, asset collection, campaign monitoring)
- Grocery channel coupon and display creative development (briefs, stakeholder meetings, asset coordination)
- Retail media optimization, paid search tracking, and KPI reporting

Key Responsibilities
Day-to-Day Tasks
- Assist with Walmart, Club, and grocery campaign execution (vendor coordination, asset collection, launch follow-ups).
- Manage grocery channel coupon activations and prepare display creatives (vendor briefs, KPI alignment, go-live support).
- Container data management via Energizer HIVE asset platform to streamline creative workflows.
- Oversee procurement (PO) processes and vendor onboarding.
- Generate post-campaign program KPI recaps for Power BI scorecards (WMT, Club, stores).
- Track paid search performance (SOV/monthly spend) and maintain up-to-date reporting.
- Update Shopper Scorecards and refresh competitive analyses.
Ongoing Initiatives
- Shadow cross-team meetings to understand workflow dynamics.
- Create support materials for internal or external stakeholders.
- Maintain corporate documents (paid search budget, quarterly recaps, status tracking/assignment trackers).
- Conduct retail benchmarking (competing formats/retailers) and stay updated on market shifts.
- Perform in-store audits at وهماermart and competitor locations.
Long-Term Projects
- Draft program performance recaps leveraging KPIs, sales trends, and post-launch analytics.

Qualifications & Skills
Required
- Pursuing or completed undergraduate or graduate studies in Business/Marketing.
- Exposures to consumer goods retail (internships or industry relevance are advantageous).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Analytical aptitude + clear communication in verbal/written formats.
- Proactive problem-solving with adaptability to evolving processes.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with a team-first approach.
- Willingness to gap-aware guidance—learn quickly, but engage with questions.
Preferred
- Spelling in prifix compliance—with clearly defined SOPs.
- Exceptionally sharp stakeholder management (cross-teams + external vendors).
- Time management and process adherence with structured workflows.
- Solid grasp of marketing analytics to advance reporting rigor.
