We are recruiting an experienced and commercially minded Centre Manager to lead the performance, operations, and customer experience of a high-profile mixed-use leisure and retail destination in the South West of England. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can balance commercial strategy with operational excellence, creating an environment where occupiers thrive, visitors enjoy exceptional experiences, and the asset continues to grow in value and reputation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall operational and commercial performance of the destination.
- Manage onsite teams and service partners including security, cleaning, maintenance, and specialist contractors.
- Build strong relationships with occupiers, ensuring excellent communication and service standards.
- Prepare and manage service charge budgets, expenditure controls, and income opportunities.
- Drive marketing, events, PR, and community engagement initiatives to increase visits and dwell time.

What We Need
- Centre, retail, leisure, or property management experience
- Strong commercial and operational skills
- Leadership and stakeholder management ability
- IOSH essential, NEBOSH preferred
