Shopping Centre Manager
Location: Flemingate Shopping Centre, Beverley
We're looking for an experienced and commercially focused Shopping Centre Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of Flemingate Shopping Centre.
Reporting to the Head of Retail & Leisure, you'll be responsible for delivering operational excellence, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment, building strong retailer relationships and driving the Centre's commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall operation, maintenance and presentation of the Centre.
- Build positive relationships with retailers, contractors and key stakeholders.
- Oversee service charge budgets, maintenance programmes and contractor performance.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation and industry best practice.
- Lead commercialisation initiatives and oversee the Centre's marketing, events and social media strategy.
- Monitor performance, prepare management reports and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Lead and develop the Centre Management team while representing the Centre within the local business community.

About You
You'll have experience managing a shopping centre, retail destination or commercial property, along with:

- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing budgets, contractors and facilities.
- A sound understanding of Health & Safety compliance.
- Commercial awareness with a proactive, customer-focused approach.
