Shopping Centre Manager

Location: Flemingate Shopping Centre, Beverley

We're looking for an experienced and commercially focused Shopping Centre Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of Flemingate Shopping Centre.

Reporting to the Head of Retail & Leisure, you'll be responsible for delivering operational excellence, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment, building strong retailer relationships and driving the Centre's commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall operation, maintenance and presentation of the Centre.
  • Build positive relationships with retailers, contractors and key stakeholders.
  • Oversee service charge budgets, maintenance programmes and contractor performance.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation and industry best practice.
  • Lead commercialisation initiatives and oversee the Centre's marketing, events and social media strategy.
  • Monitor performance, prepare management reports and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead and develop the Centre Management team while representing the Centre within the local business community.
