Short-Form Content Creator (Property Development)
Davis Brothers Developments is looking for a creative content creator to help document our property development journey.
We’ve completed our first HMO conversion and have hours of high-quality footage, including:
- Drone footage
- Before & after transformations
- Site walkthroughs
- Construction progress
- Time-lapses
- Finished interiors
We’re looking for someone who can transform this footage into engaging content for:

Responsibilities
- Review our existing footage
- Create 30–100 short-form videos
- Write engaging hooks and captions
- Add subtitles
- Organise content into a posting schedule
- Suggest content ideas for future projects
- Help build the Davis Brothers Developments brand

Ideal Experience
- Short-form video editing
- Social media content creation
- Storytelling
- Property or construction content (preferred but not essential)
We’d love to see

This is initially a project-based role with the potential for ongoing work as we continue to grow our property portfolio.
