Short-Term Retail Team Member (5.5 Hours p/Week) – Summer Role

Hourly Rate:

  • 5.5 hours/week
  • Shifts: Sat 10:00 – 16:00

About the Role

Join our dynamic store teams this summer! Whether you’re looking for short-term, flexible work or a chance to build new skills in a supportive, fast-paced environment, NEXT is looking for dedicated retail professionals.

Contracts range from a few days to 12 weeks, depending on store needs.

📍 Key Notes:

  • Availability for the Summer Sale weekend (Friday 3rd July & Saturday 4th July) may be required, depending on your start date.

Work in-store, stockroom, or support across both areas as needed. Every shift makes a difference!


What You’ll Do

As part of our in-store team, you’ll help keep the store running smoothly:

Sales Floor

  • Deliver fast, friendly service to assist customers
  • Ensure the floor is well-stocked, organised, and visually appealing
  • Maintain a clean and tidy shopping experience

Stockroom

  • Process deliveries efficiently and replenish stock for the sales floor
  • Handle picking, packing, and transferring stock to meet customer deadlines with accuracy
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and organised back-of-house area
