About the Role

Join Our Team This Summer!

Help us deliver an amazing customer experience as part of our store teams. Positions are available for flexible, short-term contracts—ranging from a few days up to 12 weeks—perfect for work during summer breaks.

At NEXT, you’ll thrive in a supportive, dynamic environment where growth, learning, and teamwork are encouraged. Availability for the Summer Sale weekend (Friday 3rd July & Saturday 4th July) may be required, depending on your start date.


What You’ll Do

As a member of our in-store team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our stores run efficiently. Your duties may include:

On the Sales Floor

  • Deliver friendly, fast service to help customers find what they need
  • Maintain a well-stocked, organised, and visually engaging shop floor
  • Keep the area clean, tidy, and customer-appealing

In the Stockroom

  • Process deliveries efficiently to replenish the store sustainably
  • Pick, pack, and transfer stock to meet customer demands seamlessly
  • Ensure back-of-house areas remain clean, safe, and organised
