# Join Our Team This Summer!

Help deliver an outstanding customer experience as part of our NEXT store teams this summer. We’re offering flexible, short-term contracts (up to 12 weeks) or casual shifts—ideal for anyone looking for seasonality without long-term commitment.

Our fast-paced, energetic team fosters growth and skill development in a supportive environment. Availability for the Summer Sale weekend (3–4 July) may be required, depending on your start date.

What You’ll Do

As part of our in-store team, you’ll contribute to keeping operations running smoothly—whether on the sales floor, stockroom, or both. Every shift makes an impact in this dynamic setting.

On the Sales Floor

  • Deliver fast, friendly service and assist customers in finding their ideal items.
  • Maintain a well-stocked, organised, and visually appealing selling space.
  • Ensure the shop floor is clean, tidy, and ready for customers.

In the Stockroom

  • Process deliveries efficiently and replenish the sales floor promptly.
  • Handle pick, pack, and transfer of stock to meet deadlines and customer needs.
  • Keep the back-of-house area clean, safe, and orderly.

You may also support both areas as required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
