Short-term Temporary Team Member - Loughborough Rushes

SHIFTS AVAILABLE 5-hour shifts per week: Fridays (12:00–18:00)

We’re looking for passionate team members to help us deliver an exceptional shopping experience for customers. Join our store teams for short-term contracts of a few days to 12 weeks, perfect if you’re seeking flexible, seasonal work.

At NEXT, you’ll find an energetic, supportive environment where growth, learning and teamwork thrive. Session availability for Summer Sale weekend (Friday 3rd & Saturday 4th July) may be required, depending on your start date.


What You’ll Do

As a Store Team Member, you’ll support across the sales floor, stockroom, or both. Every minute counts in this fast-paced retailer!

Sales Floor Duties

  • Provide fast, friendly service and assist customers efficiently
  • Maintain a well-stocked, organised, and visually appealing sales floor
  • Ensure the shop floor is clean, tidy, and shopper-friendly

Stockroom Duties

  • Process deliveries efficiently, replenishing stock to keep the floor prepared
  • Pick, pack, and transfer stock to meet customer timescales while ensuring accurate order processing
  • Keep store back-of-house clean, safe, and organised

Depending on store needs, you may support both areas.
