Summer Temporary Sales & Stockroom Team Member
Hours: 5.5 hours per week (Fridays, 13:00–19:00)
About the Role
Join our store teams this summer for flexible, short-term work (contracts range from a few days to 12 weeks). Life at NEXT is fast-paced and rewarding, with a supportive team environment where you can learn, grow, and develop new skills.
Note: Availability for Summer Sale weekend (3rd & 4th July) may be required, depending on your start date.
As part of NEXT, the UK’s 2nd largest fashion retailer and market leader in Kidswear, you’ll help deliver exceptional customer experiences across our 450+ stores and growing online business, from an array of 3,500+ retailers globally.
What You’ll Do
You’ll work across multiple areas depending on store needs:
Sales Floor Responsibilities
- Deliver fast, friendly service and assist customers in finding products
- Maintain a well-stocked, organised, and visually appealing shop floor
- Ensure a clean, tidy, and inviting shopping environment
Stockroom Responsibilities
- Process deliveries efficiently and replenish sales floor stock
- Pick, pack, and transfer stock to meet customer deadlines
- Keep the back-of-house clean, safe, and well-organised
You may be needed to support both areas where required.
