**Summer Short-Term Retail Sales Assistant – **5.5hours/pw; Sat 13:30 - 19:30
About the Role
Join NEXT this summer in our fast-paced store environments! We offer flexible, short-term contracts (from a few days to 12 weeks) perfect for anyone looking for seasonal work. As part of our supportive, energetic team, you’ll contribute to delivering unparalleled customer service, while gaining new skills and experiences.
Please note: Availability to work during the Summer Sale weekend (Friday 3rd & Saturday 4th July) may be required, depending on your start date.
As a Retail Sales Assistant, you’ll work across the sales floor, stockroom, or both, helping the store run smoothly in this adventurous, customer-focused environment.
On the Sales Floor
- Provide fast, friendly assistance and support customers in finding their ideal products.
- Maintain clean, organised shelves and ensure the shop floor looks presentable.
- Create an appealing retail environment for shoppers.
In the Stockroom
- Efficiently process deliveries and replenish stock to keep floors well-stocked.
- Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately, meeting customer timescales.
- Ensure the back of house remains safe, clean, and tidy.
You’ll rotate across these roles where required.
