The Show Production Manager Role at DNEG

The Show Production Manager role at DNEG is a rare opportunity in managing VFX feature projects with a team across multiple sites. The role will see you working closely with the Producer and Supervisors to master an effective plan for the show, finding solutions to creative and technical challenges, and planning accordingly.

You will be managing the production team ensuring they are carrying out their responsibilities and facilitating the smooth day to day running of the show. You will especially work closely with your Line Producers/Coordinators, helping them define clear milestones for the delivery of assets, shots, temps, and finals, and working with them to produce detailed shot schedules tracking weekly progress. Excellent communication skills are needed as you will be working closely with the Company Scheduler, Heads of Departments, and Department Managers to manage crew needs, and creating an effective approach for the visual effects work.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
