Show Technician
Location: LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY
Hours: Full time fully flexible, any 5 days out of 7
Contract Type: 30 hours per week, permanent, hourly paid
Here at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort our 2026 season is in full swing, and we are recruiting for a Show Technician to join our awesome Innovations Team!
Our team of Show Technicians work closely with our Entertainments Partners to ensure all show elements (lighting, sound, automation) are in good working order, well maintained and usable in accordance with health and safety legislation. You will lead on show-related fit up of venues and event spaces, troubleshooting along the way, creating technical scripts, assist with day to day venue close down, deliver equipment training where necessary and ensure compliance with health and safety policies at all times.
The show technician team report into our wider Innovations department, so they will also have the opportunity to work on other AV and show control elements across the resort.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a technical role at a theme park or theatre
- Confident show operator in live venues.
- Experience with theatrical live sound mixing and sound or lighting design is desirable.
- Proven experience with audio/visual troubleshooting.
- Experience with theatrical or attraction A/V systems, including lighting and automation.
- Must have experience using Q-Lab
- An understanding of the following systems would be preferable
- DiGiCo mixing consoles
- Allan & Heath SQ mixing consoles
- ETC lighting systems
- Excellent technical skills with a thorough understanding of stage equipment, technologies and systems
- An eye for detail and the ability to maintain high standards in the workplace.
- A keen interest in the development of stage technologies and products in the industry

About the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort
We are looking for a Show Technician to join our AWESOME Innovations team at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to three awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO® brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
