Part Time - 15-30 hours per week Permanent Contract

About the Role

This position focuses on customer experience at its core. You’ll collaborate on exciting projects with inspiring designs and manufacturer-led joinery, delivering unbeatable installation to bring projects to life.


What's the Job?

Core Responsibilities:

  • Help customers visualise and achieve their home improvement dreams through personalised sales and design advice.
  • Guide customers on selecting the right finance, products, installation options, and designing projects that match their expectations.
  • Use specialist software to generate inspirational designs and ensure projects align perfectly with customers’ ideas.
  • Work both in-person and virtually to coordinate projects, ensuring a seamless experience for customers from initial inspiration to final delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues and installers to guarantee high-quality service and problem-solving for every customer journey.

Key Skills:

  • Proficiency in using technology and design software is essential.
  • Exceptional communication skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Driven by sales targets and confident in converting designs into successful sales.
  • Highly adaptable and flexible, including willingness to work rota shifts covering weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
  • Strong team player with a problem-solving mindset and a keen eye for design.

  • Competitive hourly pay of £14.10 (£26,945 FTE salary when full-time), with opportunities for individual bonuses up to £250 quarterly for hitting targets.
