Part Time - 15-30 hours per week Permanent Contract
Location: B&Q Netherfield
About the Role

This position focuses on customer experience at its core. You’ll collaborate on exciting projects with inspiring designs and manufacturer-led joinery, delivering unbeatable installation to bring projects to life.
What's the Job?
Core Responsibilities:
- Help customers visualise and achieve their home improvement dreams through personalised sales and design advice.
- Guide customers on selecting the right finance, products, installation options, and designing projects that match their expectations.
- Use specialist software to generate inspirational designs and ensure projects align perfectly with customers’ ideas.
- Work both in-person and virtually to coordinate projects, ensuring a seamless experience for customers from initial inspiration to final delivery.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues and installers to guarantee high-quality service and problem-solving for every customer journey.
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in using technology and design software is essential.
- Exceptional communication skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Driven by sales targets and confident in converting designs into successful sales.
- Highly adaptable and flexible, including willingness to work rota shifts covering weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
- Strong team player with a problem-solving mindset and a keen eye for design.

- Experience (or the ability) to build trust with customers and guide them through their project journey.

- Resilience and credibility to work across teams effectively and manage multiple projects across the business.
