About the Role

We’re looking for a Showroom Advisor to join our team and help turn the boldest kitchen and bathroom visions into reality—focusing on providing exceptional customer service alongside driving sales.

  • Core focus: Listening to customers and recommending the best finance plans, products, and installation options tailored to their needs
  • Designing projects: Using software to create inspirational 3D designs that help customers visualise their projects
  • End-to-end journey: Supporting customers virtually and in-person from initial inspiration to final delivery

Shift Details

  • Monday to Sunday
  • 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM

Salary & Incentives

  • Competitive hourly rate: £14.10/hour (up to £26,945 on full-time equivalent FTE salary)
  • Bonuses:
    • Up to £250 per quarter for hitting targets
    • Additional team rewards
    • Individual Excellence Award: £3,000 for the top 3–5% of high-performing colleagues
