Sales Showroom Assistant (12-Month Maternity Cover)

This role involves supporting the Showroom Manager in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth day-to-night operations at our London showroom. You’ll be the ‘face’ of EGGER, engaging with clients and showcasing our products.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide exceptional customer service to showroom visitors, giving expert advice on our product portfolio
- Manage stock in the sample room and efficiently process sample orders
- Respond promptly and professionally to all customer enquiries
- Support sales targets set by the National Sales Manager, promoting EGGER products and identifying new opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive upselling and cross-selling of partner brands
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments
- Follow up on sample leads to generate further business opportunities
- Assist in organising showroom events, including product launches and client presentations
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a sales, customer service, or administration role is desirable
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service, administration, or sales support
- Passion for interior design and awareness of current industry trends
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset
- Basic sales experience with a mindset to learn and grow
- Excellent organisation and time management abilities
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Flexibility to attend occasional evening events
