Showroom Assistant

Showroom Assistant – Part-Time (30 Hours/Week) – Fixed-Term (2-3 Months)

Location: London Hours: 30 hours per week (4 days), ideal start: Week commencing 6th July


About the Role

As a Showroom Assistant, you’ll be the backbone of our London showroom, crafting an inviting and engaging brand experience for every visitor. Supporting daily operations—from curating displays to assisting the sales team—this role is all about delivering exceptional service, maintaining an immaculate showroom, and ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain first-hand insight into a global fashion brand during a key sales period, while growing your retail and customer service experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Client Experience:

    • Greet and welcome clients professionally, ensuring a positive showroom interaction.
    • Liaise with clients for scheduling appointments, follow-ups, and meeting their needs.
  • Showroom Operations:

    • Assist in setting up, maintaining, and organising product displays, ensuring the space is visually appealing and aligned with the PAIGE brand.
    • Keep the showroom immaculate—presentable, well-organised, and standards-aligned.
    • Support the sales team during client appointments with excellent hands-on assistance.

  • Inventory & Admin:

    • Manage product inventory, including receiving new stock, organising merchandise, and preparing inventory reports.
    • Assist with department administration, such as processing orders and liaising with operations.
  • General Duties:

    • Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the showroom.
    • Provide flexible support during peak periods.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional with:

  • Previous retail, showroom, or sales support experience (preferred).
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities with a meticulous eye for detail.
  • The ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours during busy periods.
