Phillip Jeffries Showroom Assistant

We're looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and proactive Showroom Assistant to join our London team for a 3-month temporary assignment. This part-time opportunity is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a creative, customer-focused environment and is looking to gain experience with a globally recognized luxury brand.
This role reports to the London Showroom Lead and follows a part-time, on-site schedule in our London showroom.
In this role, you'll help keep our showroom operating seamlessly, support our sales team, and contribute to delivering an exceptional experience for designers, clients, and visitors.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain Our Sample Library
- Replenish showroom stock and manage weekly sample inventory.
- Conduct regular stock counts to ensure accuracy between our physical library and inventory systems.
- Organize and integrate new collections as they arrive, helping prepare the showroom for exciting product launches.

Deliver an Exceptional Client Experience
- Welcome clients, designers, and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
- Assist with preparing and packing samples for design professionals and showroom visitors.
- Support the team in providing a best-in-class luxury showroom experience.

Support Showroom Operations
- Provide coverage during team lunch breaks and planned absences.
- Assist with daily showroom activities and special projects.
- Partner with the sales team to assemble customized sample mailers and presentations for clients.
Must Have
- Located in London or Greater London
- Passion for design, interiors, luxury products, architecture, or customer experience.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Friendly, professional, and confident interacting with clients and visitors.
- Proactive, dependable, and eager to contribute wherever needed.
- Available to work a flexible part-time schedule throughout the 3-month assignment.
- A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
