Showroom Consultant - Windsor – CP Hart

About the Role

As a Showroom Consultant based in Windsor you’ll be responsible for:

  • To be a subject matter expert in showrooms, key brands, and impart knowledge to the branch teams, actively promoting product lines as an alternative to customer requests.
  • Building and maintaining good relationships with key account clients through the provision of knowledge and exceptional customer service.
  • Discussing customer ideas, flesh out suggestions, describe product, identify opportunities for extra sales and develop the ability to make judgements on the closest product match to the customer needs.
  • Being passionate about driving consistency in branch standards, ensuring that all areas from front of house to back of house are presented in line with branch plans and enable a positive customer experience.

This role is a full time, permanent position, 37.5hrs per week, 5 days a week including Saturdays with a day off in Lieu.

Requirements

And here’s what we’d like you to have:

  • Experience of working with design software to create an inspiring and practical design – ideally bathrooms or kitchens.
  • Experience within Bathroom Industry or trade would be advantageous.
  • Experience of working indirectly with end users i.e. through a contractor to understand the customer needs and deliverie
  • Experience of working in a sales environment.
  • Experience working with ArtiCad or Virtual World software would be beneficial.
