About Naturalmat

At Naturalmat we’ve been hand making organic beds & mattresses at our workshop on the banks of the river Exe in Devon since 1999. We buy all of our raw materials direct from source, we manufacture everything ourselves and we only sell direct to customer via our own showrooms and website. It’s this level of control that allows us to offer the best possible product and experience to our customers.

Sustainability has been at our core since day one. We’ve always used natural, organic materials from renewable sources, we pioneered sustainable packaging and installed solar panels on the roof of our workshop. This year we won the King’s Award for Sustainability and are the first B Corp certified bed & mattress company in the UK.

We recently opened a new head office, workshop & showroom on our existing site in Topsham and are fortunate to be growing fast as a business. We currently have showrooms in London, Devon, Dorking, Knutsford and the Cotswolds, and plan to open more around the country each year.

About the role

Our showrooms are where the Naturalmat brand really comes to life. Unlike most bed shops that line up row after row of mattresses under bright white lights, our showrooms are tasteful, calm and welcoming spaces where we encourage customers to spend a good amount of time (often hours!) finding the right bed and mattress for them. It’s an extremely personal choice and the service provided by our team is the most important element of that visit in ensuring they find the right one for them.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
