We are currently seeking a friendly and professional Showroom Host to join our team and play a pivotal role in welcoming and assisting our valued customers.

The Role

The Showroom Host will be the first point of contact for visitors to our showroom, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and a seamless experience from the moment they arrive. This role is central to the success of our business, reflecting our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. You will support our sales team by managing the showroom environment and assisting with customer enquiries, contributing directly to our reputation and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome customers promptly and professionally as they enter the showroom.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting showroom environment at all times.
  • Assist customers with initial enquiries and direct them to the appropriate sales or service personnel.
  • Manage customer appointments and ensure smooth flow throughout the showroom.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and preparing sales materials.
  • Handle telephone and email enquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a high standard of customer service and team spirit.
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines within the showroom environment.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the automotive or retail sectors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable manner.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Confident IT skills.
  • Ability to remain professional and composed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for cars and the automotive industry is desirable but not essential.
  • Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
  • Flexible approach to working hours as required by business needs.
