Showroom Host - Porsche | JCT600
Salary: £12.71 per hour Location: Newcastle
Working Hours: Mondays & Tuesdays: 8:45am – 5:45pm Wednesdays: 8:45am – 12:45pm
At JCT600, our Showroom Hosts are the face of our brand—providing a welcoming, professional, and exceptional experience to every visitor. Based at our dealership, your role will be key to ensuring seamless communication, a friendly atmosphere, and high standards of service.
This customer-facing position thrives on enthusiasm, dedication, and a commitment to making every interaction outstanding.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Welcome all visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel attended to and comfortable throughout their time at the showroom.
- Manage incoming calls efficiently, routing them to the correct person/department while maintaining brand standards.
- Use email and database systems to accurately track and distribute messages.
- Monitor the switchboard and incoming/outgoing calls to assess enquiry volumes and maintain clear communication.
- Support visitors and customers on-site, including offering refreshments and general assistance as needed.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and instil confidence—both on the phone and face-to-face.
