Location: Nissan, Crewe

Salary & Hours

  • Salary: £12.71 per hour plus bonus
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:30

About the Role

Are you a friendly, professional, and customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service? Holdcroft Motor Group is looking for a Showroom Host to join their successful team.

This exciting opportunity allows you to become the face of our dealership, creating a welcoming and positive experience for every customer who visits.


Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Creating a Positive First Impression
    • Welcoming all customers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and engaging manner.
  • Customer Support
    • Assisting customers with enquiries and ensuring they receive the highest standard of service during their visit.
  • Relationship Building
    • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers and colleagues to support a welcoming dealership environment.
  • Reception Duties
    • Managing incoming telephone calls professionally and directing enquiries to the appropriate departments.
  • Administrative Support
    • Assisting with showroom administration while ensuring customer information is handled accurately.

Requirements

We are seeking a candidate with:

  • Excellent Communication Skills – Strong verbal and written ability to engage confidently with customers.
  • Professional Telephone Manner – A friendly and professional approach when handling customer calls and enquiries.
  • Customer Service Experience – Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a commitment to delivering Outstanding Service.
  • IT Literacy – Confidence in using computer systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong Organisation Skills – Ability to manage workload efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
