Showroom Host – Porsche

Salary: £12.71 per hour Location: Newcastle Hours: Saturdays, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

At JCT600 our showroom hosts set the standard for our brandwe’re looking for someone who embodies professionalism, warmth, and dedication to delivering exceptional experiences. Based at our dealership, you’ll be the first point of contact for every customer, making a lasting positive impression.

This is a dynamic, customer-facing role where your enthusiasm, energy, and service excellence will create memorable experiences for every visitor.


Your Responsibilities

  • Warm Welcome: Greet all visitors in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring they feel attended to and comfortable during their visit.
  • Call Handling: Manage incoming calls efficiently, connecting callers with the correct departments while adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Communication Coordination: Log and distribute messages through email and database systems accurately.
  • Switchboard Management: Monitor incoming and outgoing calls to track enquiry levels and maintain smooth communication.
  • Customer Support: Assist customers on-site, including offering refreshments and guidance as needed.
