Showroom Host – Mercedes @ JCT600
Salary: £12.71 per hour Location: Sheffield, South Yorkshire Hours: Saturday 8am – 5pm • Sunday 12pm – 4pm
About the Role
At JCT600, our Showroom Hosts are the face of our brand – professional, welcoming, and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Based at our dealership, you’ll manage visitor interactions, handle communications, and embody our commitment to unparalleled service excellence.
This role is fast-paced, customer-facing, and requires enthusiasm, energy, and a customer-first mindset.
Responsibilities
Core Duties (Daily Shows Here)
- Greet all visitors with warmth and professionalism, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
- Manage incoming calls swiftly, directing customers to the appropriate team while adhering to brand standards.
- Log and distribute messages via email, telephone systems, and databases to appropriate staff.
- Monitor communications (incoming and outgoing calls) to track enquiry levels and maintain seamless coordination.
- Support visitors in-person, including offering refreshments, directing, and providing assistance when needed.
