Showroom Manager (Kitchens, Bedrooms & Bathrooms) | Future Franchise Owner Opportunity

Location: Dorset

Competitive Salary + Bonus + Clear Franchise Ownership Path with no upfront investment

Are you a commercially driven leader ready to build something of your own? We're looking for an ambitious Showroom Manager (Retail & Operations Manager) with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for driving business growth.

Whilst experience within the Kitchen, Bedroom & Bathroom (KBB) sector would be highly advantageous, we're equally interested in speaking with commercially minded professionals from retail, home improvement, interiors, construction, property, or other customer-focused sectors.

This is more than a showroom/retail management role. It's an opportunity for a talented business leader to develop their career towards owning and operating their own franchise business, supported by an established and growing brand.

If you're motivated by sales, people leadership, customer experience and business growth - and ultimately aspire to run your own business - we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading the day-to-day operation and growth of a thriving showroom business.
  • Managing and developing a high-performing sales team.
  • Driving revenue, margin, and overall showroom profitability.
  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience from enquiry through to completion.
  • Building relationships with homeowners, developers, designers, and trade professionals.
  • Managing showroom performance through KPIs, forecasting, and commercial reporting.
  • Identifying local business development opportunities to increase market share.
  • Working closely with installation and operational teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Developing the leadership, commercial, and operational skills required for future franchise ownership.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
