Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (Negotiable Depending on Experience) + Uncapped Bonus

We currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Showroom Sales Manager to join a leading Bathrooms, Plumbing & heating Supplier. This role is with the bathroom side of the business and is based within their showroom itself.

To avoid disappointment, you must have plumbers merchants, bathroom sales or showroom experience - be this bathrooms or kitchens. At its core this is a sales role. Developing relationships with the trade customers (plumbers, bathroom fitters, builders, developers etc).

The right candidate though will be well versed in dealing with both trades people and retail public and so you must be comfortable dealing with all sorts of people in a Showroom environment. There is also an element of bathroom design however full training can be given.

This is a great opportunity for the right showroom manager / bathroom designer / bathroom salesperson / plumber merchants sales person or manager, to come in and drive the sales. A proactive approach to sales and business development is critical. We need someone who isn't going to just sit and wait for the business to walk in. We need someone who wants to grab the work and speak to people. You will also be rewarded for your efforts by a bonus scheme which is uncapped.
