We're partnering with an exciting international fashion wholesale/PR agency that's looking for an experienced Showroom Operations Manager to become the driving force behind its London operations.
This is far more than an office management role. You'll oversee everything from people and property to legal administration and the delivery of prestigious Paris Fashion Week showrooms, working closely with senior leadership to ensure the business runs seamlessly.

What you'll be doing:
- Leading the operational delivery of Paris Fashion Week market appointments (January, March, June & September), ensuring flawless execution and budget management.
- Managing the London showroom and property portfolio, overseeing maintenance, contractors and creating an exceptional working environment.
- Owning the HR function, including onboarding, offboarding, appraisals and supporting a positive company culture.
- Supporting the administration of commercial contracts with brands and suppliers.
- Partnering with senior leadership on internal communications, business updates and continuous improvements across the business.

What we're looking for:
- Experience in Operations, Office Management or Business Management, ideally within fashion, luxury or a creative agency.
- Experience delivering international events, trade shows or showroom activations.
- Strong HR generalist knowledge and confidence managing people processes.
- Experience managing offices or commercial properties and coordinating external suppliers.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and a proactive, hands-on approach.
- Someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and building strong relationships across a business.
