Showroom Manager
Role Overview
As a Showroom Manager at Sofa Club, you bring our brand to life through leadership, energy, and exceptional customer experience. You create a showroom that feels more like a destination than a store, inspiring both your team and every customer who walks through the door.
This is a hands-on leadership role where performance and experience go hand in hand. You’ll lead from the front, building a high-performing team of Sofa Hosts, driving commercial success, and creating an environment that feels bold, design-led, and unmistakably Sofa Club.
You know how to create momentum. From coaching your team to exceed targets, to ensuring the showroom always looks and feels incredible, you set the standard every single day.
You live our values in everything you do: Change the Game by challenging traditional retail, The Power of Us by building a culture of collaboration and accountability, Own It by taking pride in every detail, and Keep It Simple by creating seamless experiences for both customers and your team.
This is an opportunity to lead one of our exciting new showrooms in Edinburgh or Cardiff as we continue our rapid growth journey.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
