Sanremo is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of premium commercial espresso machines, renowned for combining Italian craftsmanship, innovative engineering, and exceptional design. Working with many of the UK’s most respected coffee roasters, specialty cafés, luxury hotels, and hospitality operators, Sanremo UK is committed to outstanding products and first-class customer service.

Our London showroom is far more than a product display; it is the home of the Sanremo brand in the UK. It is where customers, partners, and industry professionals experience our machines, build relationships, and engage with the wider worlds of coffee, hospitality, design, and Italian culture.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly organized, and commercially-minded Showroom & Partnerships Manager to become an integral part of our growing business. This role combines showroom management, customer experience, partnerships, events, and business administration, making it one of the most varied and rewarding positions within Sanremo UK.

The Role

You will ensure the London showroom operates as a vibrant hub for the coffee and hospitality industry, while also acting as a central support function for the wider Sanremo UK business. Reporting to the Sales Director and working closely with sales, service, and operations, you will support customer enquiries, process orders, organize events, and develop strategic partnerships to ensure every aspect of the business runs smoothly and professionally.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys working at pace, and is equally comfortable greeting customers, coordinating projects, improving processes, and hosting memorable events.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Showroom & Customer Experience

  • You will welcome visitors, coordinate product demonstrations and appointments, oversee displays and consumables, manage meeting room bookings and hospitality, and ensure the showroom remains an inspiring destination for customers and industry professionals.

Partnerships & Events

  • You will design and deliver a structured, engaging events program that strengthens the Sanremo brand and builds meaningful relationships across London’s coffee, hospitality, and design communities. From coffee tastings, workshops, and product launches to exhibitions, talks, networking evenings, and Italian food and wine events, you will turn the showroom into a go-to venue for coffee culture and hospitality innovation.
  • Alongside this, you will nurture relationships with hospitality businesses, coffee roasters, restaurants, and hotels, interior designers and architects, museums and galleries, Italian cultural organizations, industry associations, and local partners.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
