Showroom Project Coordinator

Overview

Showroom Project Coordinator

  • Part Time – 25.00 hours per week
  • Permanent Contract
  • B&Q Yate – Shifts: Monday – Sunday, 7.00am – 20.30pm

Competitive salary (£14.10 per hour / £26,945 FTE, full-time equivalent)

  • Annual bonus: £250 per quarter for hitting targets
  • Team incentives included
  • £3,000 award for the top 3–5% performing colleagues

What's the Job?

You’ll support showroom teams & installers with expert assistance to create a seamless and professional service for customers:

  • Communicating progress from phone, email, or face-to-face
  • Tracking projects until completion
  • Using design software to visualise customer projects
  • Providing tailored recommendations on:
    • Finance options
    • Product selections
    • Installation preferences
