Sales Administrator / Receptionist
Location: New Southgate, London (N11 1GN) Salary: £28,000 per annum Job Type: Full-time Reports to: Sales Management
About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator / Receptionist to join our brand-new Car Supermarket in New Southgate, stocking over 1,500 pre-owned vehicles.
We're looking for a highly organised, collaborative and flexible individual to become part of our growing team. The ideal candidate will:
- Enjoy working with systems
- Have excellent customer service and organisational skills
- Display strong written communication and exceptional attention to detail
What You’ll Be Doing
- Handle inbound and outbound email and telephone enquiries, directing customers to the relevant teams
- Ensure accurate records for Parts, Service, and Sales are maintained and updated promptly
- Scan and upload vehicle documentation onto our internal systems for both the Sales team and customers
- Process customer documentation and complete V5 ownership transfers for sold vehicles
- Liaise with the Sales team to ensure sales diaries remain accurate and up to date

What We’re Looking For
- Self-motivated with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills
- Minimum 2 years’ administration experience
Salary
£28,000 per annum
Working Hours
This role operates on a rotating 5-day weekly rota. You will be scheduled to work either:
- Monday & Tuesday: 9:00am – 9:00pm, or
- Wednesday & Thursday: 9:00am – 9:00pm

Requirements
- Ability to reliably commute to or relocate to New Southgate, London (N11 1GN) before starting work
- Minimum 2 years’ administration experience
- This is a full-time office-based role
