Showroom Hours: Mon–Fri: 9.00am–5.30pm Sat: 9.00am–5.00pm

What You’ll Do
As Showroom Sales Assistant, your role will blend customer service excellence with commercial ingenuity. Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver a high-touch, luxury security experience by advising customers on tailored products.
- Master our entire product range—from locks, alarms, safes (including highly secured products) to CCTV, fire protection, gates, security doors and gates, grides, and bespoke access control systems.
- Process custom orders and payments, liaise with locksmith and instalation departments to ensure seamless engineer handover.
- Collaborate with your cross-functional Banham team to exceed targets in sales, customer service and security consultations.
- Assist daily operations of the Flagship Showroom, maintaining professionalism and environmental standards.

- An assertive nature who can upsell security solutions without pressure.
- Strong organisational ability to balance administrative tasks with in-store customer service.
- Locksmithing qualifications are beneficial but not required—we’ll provide full in-house training.
