About Broadleaf

Broadleaf are leading British manufacturers of beautiful wood flooring with a proud reputation for quality, choice, expertise and service. We have 10 showrooms, a thriving commercial arm and a unique range of products designed and made in Wales. Our customers include homeowners, architects, interior designers, and trade professionals.

The Role

We're currently looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our London showroom team in Fulham. If you enjoy building relationships, have an eye for design, and thrive in a consultative sales environment, we'd love to hear from you.

About The Role

As a Sales Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for customers visiting or contacting our showroom. You'll take time to understand each customer's project, guide them through our range, and provide expert advice to help them make the right choice.

From the initial enquiry through to after-sales support, you'll deliver an exceptional customer experience while helping to achieve showroom sales targets.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
