Location: Based with our branch (location details to be advised)


About the Role

Are you passionate about design and customer service? Do you thrive on creating stylish, practical spaces while delivering an exceptional customer experience?

We’re seeking a Showroom Sales Designer to join our team and help customers bring their dream bathrooms to life.


Responsibilities

As a Showroom Sales Designer, your core tasks will include:

  • Welcoming and advising customers in both the branch and showroom.
  • Surveying, planning, and designing bathroom layouts tailored to customers’ requirements.
  • Producing accurate quotations and coordinating any ancillary work (e.g., electrical/fittings).
  • Arranging and attending home/site visits to present designs in person.
  • Liaising with approved contractors for installation agreements and project timelines.

Daily operational contributions:

  • Maintaining a showroom that is clean, well-presented, and inviting.
  • Handling telephone enquiries, orders, and basic customer queries.
  • Processing stock mixtures, facilitating deliveries, and performing routine stock checks.
  • Adhering to company procedures for goods inwards, cash handling, and security.
  • Supporting periodic stock takes and spot checks.
  • Upholding a safe, professional working environment.

Requirements

To excel in this role, we’re looking for someone with:

  • Strong customer service skills with an ability to communicate clearly and empathetically.
  • A flair for design—experience in translating customer preferences into practical layouts.
  • Organisational and reliability, with a proactive approach to workload.
  • Flexibility to undertake site visits and liaise with external contractors when required.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively with the team.

Working Arrangements

  • Hours: Average 40.75 hours per week

    • Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 4:30pm
    • Every other Saturday morning (8:00am – 12:00pm)
  • Salary: Competitive, based on experience.
