Showroom Sales Executive

Location: London Showroom
Type: Full-time - Tuesday to Saturday

We're looking for a passionate and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to join our London showroom team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves great design, enjoys building relationships with customers and takes pride in delivering an exceptional retail experience.

The Role

As a Showroom Sales Executive, you will be the face of the Case brand, helping customers discover products that suit their homes, lifestyles and needs. You'll provide expert product knowledge, deliver outstanding customer service and play a key role in achieving showroom sales targets.

Working closely with the wider sales, customer service and marketing teams, you'll ensure every visitor receives a welcoming, inspiring and seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Experience

  • Welcome and engage customers visiting the showroom.
  • Provide expert advice on the Case collection, materials, finishes and product specifications.
  • Build strong customer relationships and confidently guide customers through the purchasing journey.
  • Generate and convert sales opportunities to achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
  • Follow up customer enquiries, quotations and leads in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of product ranges, new launches and design stories.

Showroom Management

  • Ensure the showrooms in Wandsworth and dedicated space at Heal's, Tottenham Court Road are always presented to the highest standard.
  • Support showroom merchandising, styling and product displays.
  • Assist with the implementation of seasonal updates and new product launches.
  • Maintain accurate pricing, product information and display materials.
  • Help create a welcoming and inspiring environment that reflects the Case brand.

Customer Service & Administration

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Liaise with customer service and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate customer records within CRM systems.
  • Resolve customer queries professionally and proactively.
  • Support after-sales service where required.

Brand Representation

  • Act as an ambassador for the Case brand and design philosophy.
  • Build relationships with retail customers, interior designers, architects and trade clients.
  • Support showroom events, launches and marketing initiatives when required.
  • Stay informed about design, interiors and furniture trends.

About You

  • Previous experience in a retail sales, showroom sales or customer-facing role.
  • A proven ability to build rapport and convert sales opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and commercially minded.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient with CRM systems and standard business software.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience within furniture, interiors, homewares, luxury retail or design-led brands.
  • An interest in contemporary furniture, interiors and product design.
  • Experience working within the premium furniture retail market.
  • Knowledge of materials, finishes and furniture manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to work regular Saturdays
