This isn't a caretaker role....
We're looking for a sales leader who wants to drive a showroom, not just manage it. Someone who gets a buzz from hitting targets, building teams, and winning customers that keep coming back. If that's you, read on.
Bathshack is one of Ireland's fastest-growing bathroom and tile retailers, with showrooms across Northern Ireland, the Republic, and now England. We're not slowing down - and we need leaders who can grow with us.
Our Boucher Road showroom in Belfast is a well-established, high-footfall site with a strong customer base and a real opportunity to push performance to the next level. Your job is to make that happen.
What You'll Be Doing
- Driving showroom sales performance and owning your branch targets and KPIs
- Leading, coaching, and developing your sales team to consistently exceed expectations
- Managing all day-to-day showroom operations - from stock and presentation to opening/closing
- Building strong relationships with customers, designers, developers, and trade accounts
- Using sales data to identify opportunities, adapt fast, and keep the team focused
- Representing Bathshack in the local market and driving brand presence in Belfast.
- Working as a keyholder and taking full accountability for the site

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What We're Looking For
You don't need to know bathrooms inside out (though it helps). What you do need is a proven track record of leading sales teams, hitting targets, and raising standards around you.
Specifically
- Demonstrated success in a sales management role - ideally with evidenced results
- Experience managing, motivating, and developing a team
- Strong coaching instincts - you make the people around you better at what they do
- Comfortable with data - you use it to drive decisions, not just report them
- Excellent communicator - with customers, with your team, and with senior leadership
- Emotionally intelligent - you lead with credibility, not just authority
- Flexible to travel occasionally for training and induction events
What's In It For You
- £35,000 basic salary
- Uncapped commission - realistic OTE £47,000+
- Your birthday off, on us
- Staff discount - because your bathroom deserves it too!
- Perks card with exclusive retail and travel discounts
- Milestone awards - additional holiday at 3 and 5 years
- Pension options
- 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme
- Recognition through our Mighty Duck scheme
- Learning and development through Bathshack Academy
- Real progression - we're growing fast and we promote from within
