Showroom Sales & Client Experience Manager
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000
Permanent Position
Location: North West London
Job Type: Full-time, Office Based
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm. Once training has been completed, the role will require working every other Saturday, with a day off during the week in lieu.
The Role:
We are seeking a confident, personable, and organised Showroom Sales & Client Experience Manager to join a luxury interiors business. This is a varied role combining showroom sales, customer service, and office administration, ideal for someone who enjoys building client relationships while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist showroom visitors, delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Manage enquiries via phone, email, and in person, converting leads into sales.
- Guide customers through the sales process from enquiry to aftercare.
- Coordinate orders with suppliers and delivery partners.
- Handle general office administration and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure the showroom is presented to a high standard at all times.

About You:
- At least 2 years' experience in a customer-facing/showroom and administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Confident working independently and as part of a small team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and email systems.
- Experience with CRM systems, Shopify, or Xero is advantageous.
- An interest in luxury interiors, furniture, or design is desirable.
