About the role
Nestled in the beautiful Hampshire countryside, Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire offers world-class hospitality in a stunning setting. Our people are at the heart of everything we do, and we are committed to ensuring our team members have a safe, comfortable, and reliable journey to and from work. We are now looking for a professional and dependable Casual Staff Shuttle Bus Driver to join our team.
As a Casual Staff Shuttle Bus Driver, you will be responsible for transporting employees safely between the hotel and designated pick-up locations. You will serve as an ambassador for Four Seasons, providing a friendly and welcoming experience while maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and guest care.
What you will do
- Safely operate the hotel staff shuttle bus along designated routes and schedules
- Transport employees to and from the hotel in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance requirements promptly
- Ensure the vehicle remains clean, presentable, and roadworthy at all times
- Adhere to all road traffic regulations and company safety procedures
- Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle when required
- Maintain accurate records relating to vehicle use and inspections
- Communicate effectively with hotel management regarding schedules, delays, or operational issues
- Deliver a friendly, courteous, and professional service at all times
- Uphold Four Seasons standards of luxury, professionalism, and service excellence

What you bring
- A valid UK driving licence with Category D1 entitlement (required)
- Previous professional driving experience preferred
- A strong safety-focused mindset and excellent driving record
- Reliable, punctual, and professional approach to work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and exercise good judgement
- Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Knowledge of local roads and surrounding areas is advantageous
