Location: Le Shuttle (Eurotunnel), Folkestone
Shift Pattern: 24/7 operation | Early, Late & Night Shifts | 8 & 12-hour shifts

We're looking for professional, customer-focused Security & Customer Service Officers to join our team, helping to deliver a safe, secure and exceptional experience for thousands of passengers travelling through this unique operation every day.

About The Role
As a Security & Customer Service Officer, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safety, security and smooth operation of both passenger and freight services.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Delivering outstanding customer service to passengers throughout their journey.
- Conducting passenger, vehicle and freight security searches in line with security procedures.
- Maintaining a safe, secure and welcoming environment.
- Supporting the efficient movement of passengers and vehicles through the terminal.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across multiple operational areas.
- Responding professionally and confidently in a busy, safety-critical environment.
- Following all security, health & safety and operational procedures.
Full training will be provided.

We're seeking enthusiastic, reliable individuals who are passionate about both customer service and security.
You'll Ideally Have
- A valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guard licence. (Mandatory)
- Previous experience in an SIA security role.
- Excellent customer service experience in a public-facing environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, organised and professional approach.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Confidence working independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts across a 24/7, 365-day operation.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
Pre-Employment Requirements
Successful applicants will be required to provide:
- A full 5-year employment and/or education history.
- Proof of Right to Work in the UK.
- A satisfactory DBS check.
- Completion of Counter Terrorism Check (CTC) clearance.
- Overseas criminal record checks where applicable.
- A successful safety-critical medical assessment.
- Original identification documents as part of our comprehensive screening and vetting process.
