Job Description
About the Role:
We are currently seeking professional and reliable SIA Licensed Door Supervisors to join our team at a hotel in Exeter. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an exciting new site and play a key role in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring CCTV and patrolling the premises to ensure safety and security
- Controlling access to the hotel and managing visitor logs
- Responding to incidents, emergencies, and alarms
- Providing excellent customer service to hotel guests and staff
- Completing detailed and accurate incident reports
- Working closely with hotel management and emergency services if required

Shift Pattern
- 4 on, 4 off
- 12-hour shifts (days, nights, or rotating depending on site requirements)

Requirements
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor License (Essential)
- Proven experience in security, ideally in hospitality or similar environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong observation skills and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Punctual, reliable, and presentable
