SIA Security Officer

Security Officer – Stoke City FC (Flexible Shifts)

CSP is an events company specialising in venue & stadium management. We are recruiting Security Officers to join our events team, with weekday, evening, night, and weekend shifts available.

Work is based at Stoke City FC, where you will benefit from:

  • A range of shifts to book around your availability
  • Additional training to develop new skills and experience across larger events and venues
  • The opportunity to work alongside great colleagues while delivering excellent service

Responsibilities

  • Perimeter security and crowd management outside the stadium
  • Crowd control to ensure smooth entry and exit of attendees
  • General patrolling and area securing to maintain safety and security
  • Preventing unlawful entry into venues and handling visitor arrivals safely
  • Applying necessary legal restraints in a professional manner
  • Managing emergency situations with integrity, respect, and a customer-first approach

Requirements & Qualifications

Mandatory

  • Right to work in the UK
  • Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
  • Willingness to work outdoors (all weather, rain, snow, or shine)
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Team mindset and ability to adapt
  • (Preferred but not essential) Experience in stadium events

Advantageous (but not essential)

  • Level 2 in Spectator Safety certification
