Purpose of the Role: SideKick Growth Lead
The SideKick Growth Lead drives adoption and revenue growth for SideKick, TEAM LEWIS’ AI-powered product offering. This role involves:

By working with marketing, product, and client teams, the Growth Lead will: Identify high-value opportunities, shape use cases, and position SideKick as a strategic solution. This is a hands-on role focused on building pipeline, closing opportunities, and continuously improving the commercial approach to accelerate growth.
Main Responsibilities
Commercial Growth & Opportunity Management
- Drive overall growth of SideKick by exploring new business opportunities and expanding within existing clients.
- Own the full commercial cycle, from prospecting and discovery through to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
Pipeline Development & Account Strategy
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline via outbound engagement, inbound leads, and internal referrals.
- Identify priority sectors, target accounts, and high-impact use cases for SideKick.
Proposals, Sales Enablement & Collaboration
- Deliver compelling demos and proposals, translating AI capabilities into clear business outcomes and ROI.
- Partner with client teams to uncover cross-sell opportunities in existing accounts.
Product and Marketing Synergy
- Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns, messaging, and demand generation strategies.
- Partner with product teams to gather market feedback influencing roadmap priorities.

Stakeholder & Go-To-Market Development
- Engage with senior stakeholders, including IT, security, and procurement teams.
- Contribute to sales enablement materials, case studies, and go-to-market development.
Growth & Reporting
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM reporting.
About You
We are looking for a SideKick Growth Lead with:
- Proven experience in SaaS, technology, or product-led sales roles.
- A strong commercial mindset, capable of generating pipeline and closing opportunities consultatively.
- Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise stakeholders in emerging technologies—ideally AI, productivity, or martech tools.
- The ability to translate product capabilities into clear business value and use cases.
- Experience working collaboratively with marketing, product, and client teams.
- Strong pipeline management discipline and follow-up expertise.
- An entrepreneurial mindset to shape and scale a growing product.
- Confident stakeholder communication and presentation skills.
