Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sign Installation Salesperson to generate new business, develop client relationships, and coordinate sign installation projects from initial consultation through completion. The ideal candidate understands signage products, installation processes, and customer service while consistently achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
- Meet with customers to assess signage needs and recommend appropriate products and installation solutions.
- Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and contracts.
- Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
- Conduct site visits to evaluate installation requirements and identify potential challenges.
- Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the sales and installation process.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Stay current on industry trends, products, materials, and installation techniques.
- Follow company safety policies and applicable regulations during site visits.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the sign, construction, or related industry.
- Knowledge of commercial and custom signage products is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to read blueprints, site plans, and construction drawings is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to travel to customer sites regularly.
- Occasionally climb ladders or access construction sites for inspections.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds when necessary.
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
