Role Description
The Sign Maker role is a full-time, on-site position located in Fakenham. The Sign Maker will be responsible for designing, manufacturing, and installing a variety of safety and informational signs, using materials such as vinyl, plastic, and metal. Typical tasks include:

The role also involves working closely with colleagues in production and customer service to meet deadlines, support custom requests, and ensure orders are completed and dispatched correctly.
Qualifications
- Experience with sign making, print or graphics production, or a related trade, including basic design layout and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or work orders and follow detailed specifications accurately.
- Comfort using hand tools, cutting equipment, printers, plotters, laminators, and other workshop machinery, with a strong focus on safety.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple jobs, meet deadlines, and maintain a tidy work area.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a production environment.
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with design or layout software (e.g., CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator).
- Previous experience in facilities services, signage, or health and safety products is beneficial but not essential.
- Willingness to learn, follow company procedures, and uphold quality and safety standards consistently.
