Job Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Delivery
- Manage interdisciplinary clinical research studies, ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), relevant SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Act as the primary liaison between Syneos Health and the customer, guaranteeing timely study launch, conduct, and closeout per contractual agreements.
- Lead project teams to deliver on quality, timelines, and budget management; accountable for financial performance per project.
- Coordinate study conduct partners and proactively manage issues.
- Ensure adherence to GCP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements for all studies.
- Oversee TMF quality and completeness and maintain study databases/plugins.
- Lead inspection readiness preparations, covering all study aspects.
- Develop and implement project plans, coordinate internal/external meetings, and present reports.
- Create contingency plans and risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful study delivery.
- Build customer relationships to drive new/additional business opportunities.
- May participate in bid defense as the designated project manager for proposals and manage clinical staff/project teams as required.
Key Competencies
- Experience in oncology (preferred).
- Deep expertise in clinical operations, regulatory compliance, and study management.
- Ability to handle high workloads independently with precision and deadlines.

Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, or equivalent education + experience.
- Experience:
- Clinical Research Organization (CRO) experience (preferred).
- Domain Oncology is highly desirable (önetics needed to be strongly articulated in future roles).
- Regulatory/Electivity expertise: Strong knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and compliant documentation.
- Proficiency: Advanced Excel (including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) highly advantageous.
Skills
- Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple studies and deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Communications: Fluent in English (written/spoken), with professional presentation skills.
- Travel: Demonstrated willingness to serve up to ~25% (potentially ad-hoc).
