About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Palliative Care Centre as a Sister/Charge Nurse. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key leadership role within a highly skilled multidisciplinary team, delivering personalised, dignified, and holistic care to patients with complex palliative and end-of-life needs.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Provide visible clinical leadership
  • Support safe and effective day-to-day ward management
  • Act as a role model for high-quality nursing practice

You will work closely with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure care is delivered with kindness, professionalism, and respect.
