An opportunity has arisen for a motivated Band 6 Sister/Charge Nurse to join a supportive Multi-disciplinary Team on the Medical Assessment Unit.
There has never been a better time to join the motivated team on the Medical Assessment Unit, with expanded capacity and new patient pathways.
About the Role
The Medical Assessment Unit receives patients from the Emergency Department, GP surgeries, and specialist clinics. Working on the Medical Assessment Unit you will see patients with a wide variety of conditions and will gain experience from many specialties.
Key Responsibilities
- Compassionate, dynamic, reliable, and flexible
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills
- Demonstrable post-registration experience in an acute hospital setting
- Ability to adjust to different conditions
- Work the full range of shifts, including long days and nights
